Customer Retention and Conversion

If keeping customers longer and moving more of them into the “best customer” status is a priority, Rastar can build a retention program to fit the bill. Using the same principles behind our lead programs, we architect direct mail and e-communication suites that match the customer segment. For example, new customers will receive completely different offers and communication strategies than those who are about to defect. Wherever they are on the path, customers are deliberately migrated along a “best customer” lifecycle. This path is defined by behaviors and definitions pulled from the data.

The rewarding part is that the results can be tracked to show how many more customers become “best customer” after the program has been in effect for a period of time. Control groups can verify that those on the program are performing better. You can even run reports to see how this has affected your bottom line or ROI.
