Direct Mail

Just as physicians refer patients to specialists, general agencies generally defer direct mail programs to direct marketing agencies. The reasons are clear. There is a science behind direct mail, and even more so when it comes to data-driven marketing. It's a marriage between letter writing and customer segmentation; between product shots and image libraries.

One other detail that we don't consider minor is the reply card or landing page that the direct mail letter asks recipients to complete. Creating the ideal reply mechanism and inciting customers to use it is a primary objective. It's the essence of our dialogue strategy.
