Digital Printing

Rastar runs a digital print facility powered by HP Indigo presses and HP large format presses, as well as several Xeikon digital presses. We have highly trained press operators and extensive, proprietary programs and systems designed to take full advantage of all variable print capabilities inherent to digital output equipment. Rastar has been a national leader in digital printing for over a decade.

Offset Printing

With a traditional, Heidelberg-based offset printing facility, Rastar is able to complement its digital printing services with additional high-volume capacity. We not only support a number of traditional offset solutions, we also help a growing number of companies to take advantage of the strengths of both digital and offset printing solutions. We also maintain a variety of in-house bindery services, allowing us to maintain quality control while facilitating the timely production and finishing of all printed materials.

Other Production Capabilities

For clients requiring dimensional or irregular-sized mailings, our in-house packaging department provides unmatched expertise in design and production. Additionally, an in-house photo studio with seasoned, highly trained photographers provides a venue for individualized product photography and challenging talent shots. Our studio measures 2,000 square feet. Our team is also available for mobile shoots.
