On September 29, 2025, the 2025 World Guangdong Entrepreneurs Convention, co-hosted by the People's Government of Guangdong Province and the Guangdong Provincial Committee of the CPPCC, opened in Guangzhou. Nearly a thousand renowned Guangdong entrepreneur representatives and guests from various sectors from 60 countries and regions around the world gathered in Guangzhou to plan the path of innovation, share a bright future, and join hands to paint a new picture of the prosperous development of the Greater Bay Area. At the meeting, the "Decision of the CPC Guangdong Provincial Committee and the People's Government of Guangdong Province on Commending the 7th Guangdong Non-Public Economy Personages Outstanding Builders of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics and the Guangcai Program Contribution Award" was read out. Rastar Group (A-share code: 300043) and 37 other enterprises were awarded the "Guangdong Guangcai Program Contribution Award."
The selection and commendation activity for the 7th Guangdong Non-Public Economy Personages Outstanding Builders of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics and the Guangcai Program Contribution Award was initiated by the CPC Guangdong Provincial Committee and the People's Government of Guangdong Province. It was selected through procedures such as inspection, recommendation, review, and public notice, aiming to commend outstanding enterprises that have emerged in various parts of Guangdong Province in carrying out the Guangcai Program, especially in devoting themselves to targeted poverty alleviation, rural revitalization, and the "Ten Thousand Enterprises Helping Ten Thousand Villages" initiative.
In recent years, Rastar Group has deeply practiced corporate social responsibility and actively responded to the "Ten Thousand Enterprises Revitalizing Ten Thousand Villages" campaign and the call of Guangdong Province's "High-Quality Development Project for Hundreds of Counties, Thousands of Towns, and Myriads of Villages." Through the East-West collaboration mechanism, it has carried out a series of targeted assistance projects in regions such as Bijie, Guizhou, and Qingyuan, Guangdong, assisting in consolidating poverty alleviation achievements and serving the national strategy of rural revitalization with pragmatic actions. Among them, the three-year "Rastar Football Kids" public welfare project launched in August 2021 is an important measure for Rastar Group to assist rural revitalization in Dafang County, Bijie City, Guizhou Province. Over the past three years, the project has invested a cumulative total of RMB 3 million. Through targeted assistance, it has benefited nearly 100 "Football Kids," helping them achieve excellent results in competitions at all levels nationwide and assisting dozens of students in entering key middle schools based on their football specialties.
In addition, Rastar Group has steadily advanced other targeted assistance projects: In 2020, it donated RMB 220,000 to Wusan Village, Shuguang Town, Nayong County; in November 2021, it launched a five-year assistance plan for Shaluo Village, Dongdi Township, Nayong County, and has invested a cumulative total of RMB 250,000 to improve educational facilities and support the development of characteristic agricultural industries, further consolidating the foundation of rural revitalization; in December 2022, it donated RMB 100,000 to build the "Weilong Rastar Irrigation Station," effectively solving the irrigation water problem for nearly 600 acres of farmland in 9 village groups of Weilong Administrative Village, Taiping Town, Yangshan County, Qingyuan City, covering 1,550 people and creating RMB 2 million in economic benefits. In 2025, Rastar Group continued to donate tens of thousands of RMB to support the East-West collaboration village-enterprise pairing assistance project in Bijie City, aiding coordinated regional development.
Winning the "Guangdong Guangcai Program Contribution Award" is a weighty honor for Rastar Group, as well as an ardent expectation and spur.
